mode is selected, Transport Stream Bitrate mode is always manual so

that the user can configure the output bitrate of the TS from the

internal NTT encoder. You must configure it considering that the ASI

input Bit rate plus the NTT encoder Bit rate must be minor than

modulator total Bit rate.
