FRONT BRAKE CAM LEVER
(RIGHT AND LEFT)
Place the washer to the brake cam shaft.
Align and set the brake cam lever’s cutting part with
the dent mark on the brake cam shaft’s end facing, as
shown in the photograph.

Install the brake cam lever with bolts and nuts.
Tighten the brake cam lever nuts to the specified
torque.
Set the pin into the brake cam lever, and insert the
end of the brake cable into the pin hole.
Attach the adjuster nut on the end of the brake cable
and have 2 to 3 threads protrude from the adjuster
nut’s end facing.

FRONT WHEEL
Carefully wipe the front wheel hubs and drums with a
cloth to remove all dust.
Equalize both right and left brake adjustment.
