Note
The resistance between “MCP-B” and “MCP-F” (resistance of MCP stack and the internal
resistor) should be in the range of 10 – 60MΩ (the exact value is given in the specification
sheet of the detector). The resistance between “MCP-F” and “SIG” and“MCP-B” and “SIG”
should be unlimited.
