Select the 2. Hardware tab and select Device Manager to bring up the list of
system devices.
You may see one or two yellow question marks (?) that read QLogic GEM354 3.
or GEM318 SCSI Processor Device. Right click on these, and select
uninstall . If both devices have question marks, uninstall both.

tab and select
Scan for Hardware Changes
. The Hard-
ware Wizard program should start up. Click Next .
At the first prompt, select 5. Display a list of known device drivers for the
device so that I can choose a specific driver and click Next .
Select 6. Other Devices and click Next .
Select 7. Have Disk , and specify the floppy drive location in the options box.
Then click Next
Select 8. Enclosure Services Device and click Next .
Ignore the warning prompt by clicking 9. Yes .
