4.2 Power Connections

ATX Power Supply Connector

The 24-pin power supply connector (JPWR1) meets the ATX SSI EPS 12V specification.

You must also connect the 8-pin 12V DC power connectors (JPV1/JPV2/JPV3) to the power
distribution board (PDB) to provide adequate power to your system.

Important:

To provide adequate power supply to the motherboard, be sure to connect

the 24-pin ATX PWR and 8-pin PWR connectors to the power distribution board (PDB).
Failure to do so may void the manufacturer warranty on your PDB and motherboard.
