Replacing Fans
Four 9-cm fans circulate air through the chassis to lower the internal temperature. These
fans are designed to be easily changed, with no tools required and no need to remove any
other parts inside the chassis.
Replacing a Fan
1. Push both release tabs on the failed fan.
2. Remove the fan from the chassis. The wiring automatically disconnects.
3.
Insert a new fan into the housing. Verify that the air flow direction matches the other
fans.
4.
Confirm that the fan is working with the system powered on.
