2.3 Accessing the System
The SC721TQ-250B2 features a removable top cover to access to the inside of the chassis.
Removing the Top Cover
1. Power down the system as described in section 2.1.
2. Lift the release lever located on the right side rear of the chassis.
3.
Slide the cover toward the rear of the chassis the lift it off.
Caution:
Except for short periods of time, do
not
operate the server without the cover in place.
The chassis cover helps maintain proper airflow and prevent system overheating
