Key Management
This submenu allows the user to configure the following Key Management settings.
Provision Factory Default Keys (Available when the system is in Setup Mode)
Select Enabled to install factory default secure-boot keys. The options are Enabled and
Disabled
.
Enroll All Factory Default Keys
This feature allows the user to store security-related boot data in a file of the same named
in the system root folder of your computer.
Save All Secure Boot Variables
This feature allows the user to save the secure boot settings specified by the user.
Secure Boot Variables: Size/Key#/Key Source
Platform Key (PK): Size/Key#/Key Source
Key Exchange Keys: Size/Key#/Key Source
Authorized Signatures: Size/Key#/Key Source
Forbidden Signatures: Size/Key#/Key Source
Authorized TimeStamps: Size/Key#/Key Source
6.6 Security
This menu allows the user to configure the following security settings for the system.
Password Check
Select Setup for the system to check for a password at Setup. Select Always for the system
to check for a password at bootup or upon entering the BIOS Setup utility. The options are
Setup
and Always.
Administrator Password
Press Enter to create a new, or change an existing Administrator password.
Secure Boot Menu
This section displays the contents of the following secure boot features:

Vendor Keys
Secure Boot
Use this item to enable secure boot. The options are
Disabled
and Enabled.
Secure Boot Mode
Use this item to select the secure boot mode. The options are
Standard and
Custom
.
CSM Support
Select Enabled to support the EFI Compatibility Support Module (CSM), which provides
compatibility support for traditional legacy BIOS for system boot. The options are
Enabled
and Disabled.
