Memory Support and Installation

Note

: Check the Supermicro website for recommended memory modules.

Important:

Exercise extreme care when installing or removing DIMM modules to prevent any

damage.

Memory Support

The X11DPFR-S(N) supports up to 1536 GB of LRDIMM, Registered DIMM (RDIMM), and
Non-Volatile DIMM (NV-DIMM) DDR4 (288-pin) ECC 2666/2400/2133 Mhz modules in
twelve (12) slots.

Notes:

1. Be sure to use the memory modules of the same type and speed on the motherboard.

Mixing of memory modules of different types and speeds is not allowed.
