Installing the DRT2000-C 45 Series Log Set
The logs have notches/tabs to assist proper positioning. Upper logs rest on lower logs via notches/tabs. Proper log placement is
critical to prevent sooting. Place the logs in the gaps between flame peaks, so they do not impinge the flames. Follow the log placement
instructions precisely.
NOTE:
Do not cover the burner ports.

If necessary, remove the glass door (Pages 63-64). Locate the placement tabs (Figure 54).

Bend up the log placement tabs (Figure 54).
3.
Install the front left log (1) (Figure 55).

Install front right log (2) on two tabs (Figure 56).

Install back left log (3) on two tabs (Figure 57).

Install log on pin (d) first then rotate log until right rear corner contacts bend
up tab (f) or the edge of log is flush with bend down on floor (as seen below)
This edge should be flush with bend down in floor after installation
