Limited Warranty of Sunzi Products, Inc. Consumer Power Tools For Home Use.
Sunzi Products, Inc. ("seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all SunZi Products, Inc. consumer
portable power tools will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of (2) two years from date
of purchase.
Seller's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this limited warranty and, to the extent permitted by
law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which
are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been misused or carelessly handled by persons
other than seller or authorized service station. To make a claim under this limited warranty, you must return the
complete portable power tool product, transportation prepaid, to any SunZi Products, Inc. factory service
center or authorized service station. For authorized SunZi Products, Inc. power tool service stations, please

This limited warranty does not apply to accessory items.
Any implied warranties shall be limited in duration to (90) ninety days from date of purchase. Some states in
the USA, some Canadian provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation may not apply to you.
In no event shall seller be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to
liability for loss of profits) arising from the sale or use of this product. Some states in the USA and some
Canadian provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state
to state in the USA, province to province in Canada and from country to country.
This limited warranty applies only to consumer portable electric tools sold within the United States of America,
Canada and the commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
Limited warranty of SunZi Products, Inc. PRO branded power tools used professionally.
Sunzi Products, Inc. ("seller") warrants, to the original purchaser only, that all PRO branded SunZi Products
used professionally will be free from defects in material or workmanship (90) ninety days from the date of
purchase.
Seller's sole obligation and your exclusive remedy under this limited warranty and, to the extent permitted by
law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which
are defective and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or been disassembled or tampered by
persons other than seller or authorized factory service station. The complete tool must be returned,
transportation prepaid, to any SunZi Products, Inc. factory service center or authorized service station. For

The following actions will result in the warranty being void:
• If the product shows signs of damage or defects caused by or resulting from abuse, accidents
or alterations.
• If the product has been disassembled or tampered with in any way.
• If the product has been operated on power supply voltage other than that specified on the
product.
• Warranty also excludes consumable parts and accessories such as carbon brushes, batteries,
sanding pads, blades, drill bits, collets, router bits, and drive belts, and any other consumable
accessories.
