Remote control:
•
The unit reaches the following temperatures during operation:
o
Maximal Cooling: in dry environment 35°C, in wet environment 24°C
o
Minimal Cooling: in dry environment 18°C, in wet environment 12°C
•
Make sure that the exhaust hose is installed properly before operation, then plug in the unit, but do not
use a multiple socket. Press „POWER“ to turn on the unit.
•
If you use the cooling and dehumidification functions, please keep an interval of at least 3 minutes
between the two operations.
•
Operation mode cooling:
o
Press „MODE“ until the indicating light „COOL“ lights up.
o
Press the buttons „UP“ (TEMP+) and „DOWN“ (TEMP-) to adjust the desired room temperature
between 16°C and 31°C.
o
Press „SPEED“ to adjust the ventilation speed.
•
Operation mode dehumidifying:
o
Press „MODE“ until the indicating light „DRY“ lights up.
o
The selected temperature will be set to current room temperature minus 2
℃
. The ventilation
speed is set as „LOW“ automatically.
•
Operation mode ventilation:
o
Press „MODE“ until the indicating light „FAN“ lights up.
o
Press „SPEED“ to adjust the ventilation speed.
•
Timer for turning on the unit:
o
Press „TIMER“ while the unit is off and set the desired time at which the unit shall turn on by
using the buttons „UP“ (TEMP+) and „DOWN“ (TEMP-) between 0 and 24 hours.
o
Press „TIMER“ again to confirm. The display shows the set time.
•
Timer for turning off the unit:
o
Press „TIMER“ while the unit is on and set the desired time at which the unit shall turn off by
using the buttons „TEMP+“ and „TEMP-“ between 0 and 24 hours.
o
Press „TIMER“ again to confirm. The display shows the set time.
•
Sleep mode:
o
Put the unit into cooling mode and press the button „SLEEP“. Then select the desired
temperature. The temperature will increase by 1°C after one hour automatically and at most by
2°C after two hours. The temperature will not change afterwards.
o
Press the „SLEEP“ button again to exit the sleep mode.
•
Continuous drainage:
o
If you plan to leave this unit unused for a long time, please remove the rubber blockage from
the drainage hole (see exhaut hose installation, pic.2). Connect the drain hose to the hole to
empty the water tank completely.
o
If the water pump is defect, you can use the continuous drainage instead. In this case the water
pump is not activated, the unit can still work. Alternatively, in case that the water pump is defect,
remove the rubber blockage and connect the drain hose when the indicating light „W.F.“ („Water
