1).
Position BBQ body into cabinet ensuring that
it fits securely onto locating brackets. Ensure that
gas hose runs through to the side burner without
any kinks.
2).
Attach side burner assembly to L/H frame
assembly, slide side burner assembly onto
front/rear legs of the L/H frame with a gentle
downward pressure.

Remove transit clips as shown
4).
Once all parts are securely fastened, connect gas
regulator to gas cylinder. For safety, before initial
use of BBQ, please refer to the beginning of this
manual and ensure that proper gas regulator
attachment and leak test are performed.

Step 11
Should the inside of the BBQ become soiled, the ancillary
components can be removed for cleaning as shown.
1).
Remove Griddle and Grill plates .
2).
Remove flame tamer with briquettes .
3).
With the fat tray in place, clean the burners and
heat shield.
4).
After cleaning, empty the fat tray of any scrapings,
replace ancillary components and ensure the flame
tamer is positioned correctly on the right side of the
BBQ.
5).
Replace both the grill and griddle. The grill plate
should be placed on the right side of the BBQ.
6).
Slide in the fat tray.
Note
: Line the fat tray with aluminum foil before use.
