If the wheelchair is not working as it should, check the following points:
1.
Check whether the batteries are charged.
2.
Turn the wheelchair off and then back on again.
3.
Check whether the battery plugs are all securely in place.
4.
Check whether the freewheel switch is in the DRIVE position.
5.
Check the position of the speed regulator.
6.
Ensure that the controller isn’t locked. ( Controller)

Consult the trouble shooting section for the controller.
