5.4. Running power:
1).allow voltage range: rated voltage ± 10%.
2).allow the frequency range: rated frequency ± 2%.
3).allow the three-phase unbalance voltage: ± 2.25%.
4).allow the three-phase unbalance current: ± 5%.
5.5. The electrical wire of power to unit should be laid in accordance with
construction regulations and standards, and have good insulation.
5.6.Electrical parameters on unit nameplate as the standard operation parameters,
selection of power, transformers, magnetic contactor, non-fuse switches, wiring
should consider the worst working conditions. Wiring in strict accordance with the
documents and notes of unit.
6. Commissioning
6.1.Check unit power supply ground lead.
6.2.Check the air condition circulatory system and ground-source side circulatory
system is filled with water, pipeline exclude air, and the water valve is in the open
position.
6.3.Check the pipeline valve is placed in the correct position.
6.4.Check the power supply voltage is correct.
6.5. Water pump and pipe commissioning
:
change the jump 5 of main control board
of “FUNCTION SETTING” into ON, and press the key of “ON/OFF” on controller, you
can start to debug water pump and pipe system. Check if the rotation direction of
water pump is right, if the water flow switch work right, and exhaust all air from pipe.
6.6. Running commissioning: change the jump 5 of “FUNCTION SETTING” into OFF,
and press the key of “ON/OFF” on controller to start the heat pump, and record the
temperature of ground water inlet/outlet and temperature of heating water
inlet/outlet, and confirm if they meets the requirement. Normal difference between
Brine inlet and Brine outlet is 3-7 degree, normal difference between heating inlet
and heating outlet is also around 3-7 degree.
6.7.Soft starter
The soft boot relay in single-phase heat pump can reduce the starting current, about
0.5 times, in order to reduce the impact of the power grid, avoiding start from
excessive current worry .
6.8.Attention!
(1)Frequently boot compressor will have an impact on the life of the compressor, the
compressor can be stopped after running 90 seconds, restart more than 180
seconds!
(2)Strong advice: Do not start and stop frequently. Do not cut unit power directly!
(3).Don’t cut off the power when the system is taken out of use. This retains the
safety functions designed to protect the system (e.g. anti-freezed protection)
(
4).Drain the water side of the equipment, if the heat pump is taken out of use at a
location subject to a risk of frost.
