Installation scheme

Avoid any feed pipe connection! If absolutely necessary, protect the feed line with a heating cable.

 

Observe DIN 1988 / DIN EN 1717 and local norms.

Start of operation

1. Main switch in

 0 = OFF 

position (pos. 9)

2. Fill water circuit with water

3. Bleed the heating unit (pos. 1), the pump (pos. 2) and the water circuit over the shut-off valve for manual ventilation  

(pos. 12)

. 

Check that by-pass line is closed and that water circuit runs through the heating unit!

4. Remaining air bubbles will automatically escape through the automatic vent valve (pos. 7)
5. Main switch to 

1 = ON 

position (pos. 9)

6. Circulation pump is switched on. Heating element is ready to work.
7. Repeat point 3. 

 

Attention: when bleeding, hot water can escape!

8. Adjust the necessary return flow temperature at thermostat (pos. 4). Factory adju10°C. Control-light at the 

heating element illuminates only if the heating element is heating.
