Maintenance

11.5.2.

Replacing the fill valve and float switch

Proceed as follows to replace the float switch:

Detach the cables between the float

switches and the motherboard.

Fully unscrew the two Phillips screws

next to the float switches.
Completely remove the panel.

Perform steps 1-4 from section

"11.4.2. Cleaning the water tank, oscilla

tors and mist outlets" on page 75.

Slacken the lock nuts and pull the float

switches downward and out.

Check the open/closed signal from

the float switches and replace if

necessary.

Check float switches for ease of move

ment and replace if necessary.

Interchanged float switches

Float switches must not be interchanged!

Faulty float switches

A faulty float switch can cause irreparable

damage to the unit!
