1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
2. Unplug the support surface tubing from the pump.
3. Place the pump with the front cover down on a work surface.
4. Using a T20 Torx driver, remove the six screws that secure the back cover to the front cover. Save the screws.
5. Rotate the pump assembly to the right, so the front of the pump is on your left.
6. Separate the front and back covers, so that the back cover faces down on the work surface.
7. Grasp both hoses at the manifold that comes from the pump one at a time. Pull to remove the hose from the manifold.
8. Unplug all six solenoid wires from the solenoids.

9. Grasp the four hoses at the manifold that come from the support surface port one at a time. Pull to remove the hose
from the manifold.

10. Grasp the four hoses at the manifold that come from the control board pressure transducers one at a time. Pull to
remove the hose from the manifold.

11. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the four screws (B) that secure the pump manifold assembly (A) to the back
plate (C) (Figure 19). Save the screws.
