2.9 Spare parts service

Visit our website www.schneider-airsys-

service appendix) or your local dealer.

Compressor runs

continuously.

Intake filter badly contami-

nated.

Clean or replace intake filter.

Air consumption of compressed

air tools is too high.

Check the air consumption of the

tools. Contact the service partner

Leakage at compressor.

Locate leak, contact service part-

ner.

Excessive condensate in the

vessel.

Drain the condensate (see

Chap. 2.6.5).

Compressed air line leaky:

Check compressed air line, plug

leak.

Condensate drain valve is open

or missing.

Close or replace.

During operation,

compressed air

escapes via the

load-relieving valve.

Load-relieving valve leaky.

Clean or replace load-relieving

valve.

G After the switch-off

pressure is reached,

compressed air

escapes via the

load-relieving valve

until switch-on

Check valve insert leaky or
