HELPFUL HINTS
Perform the pruning at a distance of
8mm from the buds. The largest
possible diameter of the cut is
approximately 25mm.
Do not leave hands in the
cutting area during pruning and
use appropriate safety devices.
Perform the cut away from the buds to
reduce water loss.
Do not cut branches heading
from the trunk and buds. Cut
through weak and damaged
branches.
Do not perform the cut too close to the
trunk as it is better for the wounds to
heal after the cut.
Always cut branches one at a
time, never together.
MAINTENANCE
- Switch the device off and remove the battery before starting any inspection or maintenance.
- Clean the cordless loppers thoroughly after each use. To clean, use a soft cloth or blow away the dirt with
a compressor (using low pressure). If the impurities cannot be removed, use a soft cloth moistened with
soapy water. Never use detergents or solvents like petrol, alcohol, ammonia, etc.! These solvents may
damage the plastic parts of the product.
- Never clean the appliance under running water or remove dirt using the compressor (using high
pressure). Danger of user injury and/or equipment damage!
- Keep the blades sharpened and clean to achieve the best pruning results.
- Check your device regularly and if you find that some components are worn out or damaged, replace
them for your own safety. Worn or damaged parts of the machine can only be exchanged in an authorized
service place or secured by a dealer.
- Ensure that original spare parts are used.
- Store the device in a dry and frost-proof place out of reach of children.
PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT
The crossed-out wheeled-bin symbol on products or accompanying documents means that
the electrical and electronic products used must not be added to the normal municipal
waste. For proper disposal, renewal and recycling, deliver these products to the
designated collection points, where they will be accepted free of charge. Alternatively, in
some countries you can return your products to a local retailer when buying an equivalent
new product. The proper disposal of this product will help preserve valuable natural
resources and help prevent potential negative impacts on the environment and human health, which could
be the consequences of improper waste disposal. For further details, contact your local authority or
nearest collection point. The improper disposal of this type of waste may result in fines being imposed in
accordance with national rules.
Do not dispose of the battery in regular waste, but transfer it to places to ensuring its
recycling.
