SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BATTERY AND CHARGER
- Read the operating instructions carefully before initial use of the battery and charger.
- The battery is supplied in a discharged state and must be charged before its first use.
1. Verify that the electrical current that is available on your network is identical to the current on the
battery charger.
2. Do not allow moisture, rain or running water to reach the area of the charging of the battery.
3. Do not charge the battery when the temperature is below 0 ºC or above 45 ºC. Charging the
battery at
extreme temperatures can reduce its lifespan.
4. Treat a damaged accumulator that can no longer be charged as hazardous waste. Do not dispose of the
battery in rubbish, fire or water.
5. Use only the battery and the charger approved by the manufacturer for use in the given devices.
6. Never dismantle the battery and try not to repair it.
7. Do not use a short-circuited battery.
8. Do not use a damaged or distorted battery.

17. Stop using the battery immediately and send it back to the dealer in case you are using it for the first
time and spot the corrosion marks, or if you can smell unpleasant odor or when other unusual events
occur.
18. In case of contact with the skin, clothes or eyes, follow these instructions:
- Wash the affected area immediately with water, neutralize it with a weak acid, e.g. lemon juice or
