Thank you for purchasing a STREAMLINE® Water Filtration System
Your trolley has been assembled and tested to ensure that there are no leaks and to ensure that the pump
and pressure switch are functioning correctly.
Enclosed is a TDS Meter which measures parts per million in water. This enables you to test water quality
periodically to ensure that your system is producing pure water, i.e. 0ppm, so as to achieve the best
cleaning results. We would recommend that a sample is taken from water which is being pumped to the
brush head on the water fed pole.
When cleaning windows, remember to pay special attention to the frames, especially if it is the first time
this method of window cleaning is being used. The most important part of the cleaning process is the
rinsing, after the window has been cleaned. To do this, lift the brush away from the glass and move the
head from side to side working from top to bottom, allowing water to create a sheet, therefore rinsing
the glass.
Extra care must be taken if the water refuses to 'sheet', as this makes rinsing more difficult. If you are
cleaning windows on a warm day, the rinsing procedure must be done meticulously, as warm direct
sunlight can cause spotting due to insufficient rinsing.

•
To charge the battery, use the battery
charger supplied with the trolley.
•
Charge the battery for approx. 5 hours.
•

Slide the battery out of battery holder
(See figure 2)
•
Plug the charger into the mains supply;
Red light should be lit on charger.
•
Connect the charger to the battery using the
charger socket on the side of the battery.
Do not attempt under any circumstances to
charge the battery from

output
points on the battery. This is an output
point, as damage will be caused to both the
battery and the charger
•
Remove the container lids and riser tube and fill the container
with pre-filtered water. If the trolley is fitted with a resin filter,
fill the container with tap water, Re-insert the riser tube and
screw the lids on securely.
•
Insert the pole hose connection into the outlet fitting on
the trolley and lie the pole on the ground with the brush jet
nozzles facing up.
•
Switch the pump on by pressing and holding the up button
on the
STREAMLINE®
flow controller, until the
display illuminates.
•
Set the pump speed to 30 by pressing the up or down buttons.
•
Allow the pump to prime until water flows out of the brush
nozzle jets.
•
Adjust the flow by using the and arrows, according to
the cleaning operation on hand.
•
When complete, switch the pump off by pressing and holding
the button.
•
Power light (
Red
) lit and depending on the
charge in battery some Green lights may
also be lit. During charge the remaining
Green lights will blink until they also
become solid.
•
Solid
Green
lights mean battery is fully
charged.
•
Remove battery from charger and switch off
at mains.
•
The battery is ready to use.
•
The battery must be charged fortnightly,
even if the trolley is not being used. Failure
to do this may cause the battery voltage to
drop and minimise it’s charging capacity.
