BULB REPLACEMENT

The Xenon bi-pin bulb is designed to last through three (3) to five (5) sets of batteries in continuous use.
Intermittent use may produce less bulb life (due to repeated start up shock and higher voltage spikes).
Unscrew the flashlight head from the barrel and remove the bulb holder assembly. Always wear safety
glasses
and gloves. Never touch a hot bulb; allow it to cool before handling. Firmly grasp the burned out
bulb and pull it from the holder assembly. Grasp the replacement bulb and direct the pins straight into the
holes in the holder assembly until the bulb is firmly seated.
MAINTENANCE
Keep the O-ring area on the barrel lubricated.
