C/L nozzles
▷
Inspect the C/L nozzles weekly.
▷
Clean the outlet holes as required.
When the outlet holes are clogged:
▷
Loosen the Allen screw on the side of the spin-
dle cap.

Pull off the cap.

Blow out the holes from the inside of the cap
using a steam cleaner.
▷
Apply a coat of grease to the C/L pipes.
▷
Clean the seat of the cap on the spindle.
▷
Mount the spindle cap again with the screw at
the right-hand side. Pay attention to the correct
connection of the C/L pipes.
Service unit
▷
Visually check the service unit for:
▪
Visible particles, debris or particulate matter
within the acrylic glass (signs for contami-
nated compressed air)
▪
Amber discolouration of the filter element
(sign of oil in the compressed air)
▪
Water in the filter (sign of water in the com-
pressed air)
Once any of the listed impairments is given:
▷
Correct the problem with the compressed air.
▷
Replace the complete service unit.
Do not clean the C/L nozzles with the col-
let brush!
CAUTION:
The cap heats up!
