Clean the optical surfaces of the image chip (8) and LED illuminator (7) on the C-MAC
®

laryngoscope with a cotton tip applicator soaked in 70% isopropyl alcohol.
Electrical contacts must be dried very carefully.

Do not steam sterilize the C-MAC

video laryngoscope, the Electronic Module 8401 X/8402 X
and the C-MAC
®
PM 8401 XD.
For sterilization with gas or with Steris System1
®
, country-specific laws and regulations
must be observed.
CAUTION
Damage to the product
For sterilization in the Steris System 1
®
and Steris System 1E, the reprocessing cap 8401 YZ
must be put on first.
