4.4 Apps & notifications
You can manage notification preference and permissions from this setting.
Tap Setting > App & notifications .
Tap the app you want, and you will see the App info
screen. Here you can manage:
• App notifications: Tap the button to turn on the
notification.
•
Add permissions: Here you can manage whether you
would like to give permission to other apps like
location, calendar, camera, microphone and so on to
access the particular app you’ve selected.
•
Storage: You can manage storage and clear cache
through this option.
4.5 Quick settings
Use Quick Settings to easily change frequently used
settings, like turning on Wi-Fi changing profile, keep your phone on airplane mode
and so on.
Open Quick Settings by swipe down from the top of your screen.
To change a setting, just touch the icon:
•
Display brightness: Slide the icon [ ] left or right to lower or increase the
brightness of your screen.

Wi-Fi network: Turn Wi-Fi on

or off
[ ]
or open the Wi-Fi settings menu.
• Bluetooth settings : Turn Bluetooth
[ ]
on or off or open the Bluetooth settings
menu.
•
Do not disturb : Turn ‘Do Not Disturb on or off’ or open the corresponding settings.
Do Not Disturb silences your STK device so it doesn’t make sound or vibrate when you
don’t want it to.
• Cellular/mobile data : Touch to see cellular data usage and to turn it on
[ ]
or off.
• Airplane mode : Turn the aeroplane mode on or off. Switching on the Aeroplane
mode means your phone won’t connect to Wi-Fi or a mobile signal, even if one is
available. When the airplane mode is ON, you will see the airplane icon [
] on your
screen bar. To turn off the aeroplane mod, tap the icon [ ], you can no longer see
the airplane icon on status bar.

Auto rotate : Lock your STK device’s orientation

in portrait or landscape mode.

urn the Torch / Flashlight on or off.
