Error messages
When the following problems occur, the microcomputer inside the washer will detect
the abnormal condition. An electronic buzzer will sound for approximately 10 seconds,
an error message will flash, as shown below, and the washer will stop operating.

The washer
does not
work at all.
• Check that the machine is securely plugged in.
• Check the POWER
and START/PAUSE
buttons.
Press the button(s), if required.
• Check whether the machine is under preset condition.
• Check whether a power failure has occurred.
• Check whether the circuit breaker has been activated.
Water does
not flow, or
only a slim
stream flows
into the tub.
• Turn on the water supply tap.
• Check whether the water supply has been cut off.
• Check whether the water inlet mesh filter Is clogged.
• Check whether water has frozen in the pipes.
• Check whether the water pressure is too low.
Water does
not drain out.
• Check and make sure the drain hose is properly
connected at a height of below 120cm.
• Check the drain hose for kinks or obstructions.
• Check whether the drain hose is clogged.
• Check whether the filter of the drain pump is clogged.
The washer
door does
not open.
• The water temperature may still be above 40°C.
The door will open automatically as soon as the
temperature drops to below 40°C.
The washer
does not spin.
• Check whether the washing is piled at one side of the
tub. If so, redistribute the load evenly inside the tub.
• If you are washing one item only, or a particularly
heavy or bulky item, redistribute the load and add a
few other items for better balance.
• If you are washing a blanket, check and ensure that it
is not rolled in to a ball.
• Check and make sure the washer is installed on an
even, level surface.

Press the START/PAUSE button once to release the emergency stop and
cancel the error message; press it again to restart the operation after you have
corrected the situation.
