The BLANKET program
Use this program for washing blankets or other bulky items.
Washing a bulky load
1. Make sure the washer is properly set up: the drain hose and water inlet hose are
both connected, the tap is open, and the power is connected and switched on.
2. Fold the blanket as illustrated in Fig. 11.
3. Close the washing machine door.
4. Add a suitable detergent to the detergent drawer (see page 16 for details).
5. Press the POWER
button.
6. Turn the PROGRAM dial clockwise and select the BLANKET program.
7. Press the START/PAUSE
button, the washer will start the program.
8. At the end of wash program, the buzzer will sound to alert you that the program
has finished before the power is shut off automatically.
9. Close the water taps and unplug the power plug from the wall outlet.
NOTE:
• The wash capacity for bulky items made of 100% synthetic fibre is 2.7kg or less.
• The wash capacity for bulky items made of 100% cotton is 2.0kg or less.
• Do
not
twist or roll clothes into a ball before putting them into the wash drum.
• Do
not
place blankets in a net bag for machine washing, which could cause
abnormal vibration and possible damage during the spin process.
• Do
not
wash blankets at temperatures higher than 30 degrees.
• Do
not
machine wash shag pile rugs or blankets.
• Do
not
wash electric blankets or electric throw rugs.

CAUTION!
The machine may shock heavily during the spin cycle if you are only washing
a few clothes or a single, big or heavy item. To avoid this, add two to three
extra items into the drum.
