Tea or coffee stains
Use a solution of ½ cup of bleach and
3 cups of warm water to remove the
stains by hand.
WARNING!
To prevent burns
when cleaning the interior of your
dishwasher, wait for at least 20
minutes after a program has finished to
let the heating elements cool down.
Coloured food
stains on dishes
Dishwasher detergent
without chlorine may not
remove all tough food
stains from dishes.
Try a wash program with a higher
temperature.
White spots on
glasses and
dishes
Hard water minerals may
cause this, especially
if your detergent is
phosphate free.
Try using a little more detergent and
make sure there is rinse aid in the
dispenser.
Black or grey
marks on dishes
Aluminum utensils have
rubbed against dishes.
Use a mild abrasive cleaner to
eliminate those marks. Avoid washing
aluminium utensils in the dishwasher.
Detergent left
in dispenser
compartment
Dishes block detergent
dispenser compartment.
Reload the dishes properly.
Steam escapes
Some steam escaping through the vent by the door latch during
the drying and water draining cycle is normal.
Water in the
bottom of the
tub
A small amount of clean water around the outlet on the tub bottom
is normal. It keeps the water seal lubricated.
Dishwasher
is leaking/
overflowing
The rinse aid dispenser
is overfilled, or rinse aid
is spilled.
Take care not to overfill the rinse aid
dispenser. Spilled rinse aid could
cause oversudsing and lead to
overflowing. Wipe away any spills with
a damp cloth.
Dishwasher is not level.
Make sure the dishwasher is level.
