Remove/Replace Seat motor
WARNING
This procedure requires 2 persons due to weight and crush/squeeze
risk.
Ref. To do, remove: Required/tools/etc.
1 Remove all accessories (leg rests, leg rest holders, arm rests, drainage re-
ceptacle etc) from the table. Small flat-tip screw-
driver,10mm wrench,
5mm Allen wrench,
side Cutting pliers,
1pcs cable tie.

Raise the table (lift motor) to it ’ s highest position.
3 Lower the back cushion so it ’ s horizontal.
4 Remove seat cushion.
5 Unplug the power cord from the power supply (wall outlet).
6 Gently release the locking tab on the connector retaining clip on the Control
box with the screwdriver and remove the connector retaining clip.
7 Unplug connector to seat motor from control box.
8 Remove plastic plugs which seat motor cable runs through on the lift beam.
9 Route the lift motor cable out of the lift beam.
10 Loosen cable clamp on seat frame and carefully cut-off cable tie.
11 Remove the Allen screw holding the lower motor bracket (with help from an-
other person) before removing the bracket hold the seat frame steady as it
will be loose as soon as the motor axle is removed.
12 When motor bracket is removed carefully lower the seat frame making sure
not to pinch the motor cable or damaging the paint.
13 Remove the Allen screw and nut holding the upper motor bracket, carefully
pull the motor axle out while holding motor, remove bracket and seat motor.
To do, replace:
1 Install the replacement seat motor, mount the upper motor bracket with Allen
screw and nut, tighten properly.
2 Carefully lift seat frame up and mount the lower motor bracket with Allen
screw, tighten properly.
3 Install new cable tie, strap cable to seat motor housing.
4 Fasten cable with cable clamp and make sure there is enough cable so that
the seat frame and table can move freely without pulling on the cable.
5 Route the cable through the holes in the lift beam and re-install plastic plugs.

Plug in the seat motor connector to it ’ s connection on the control box.
7 Install connector retaining clip.
8 Plug the power connector into the power supply (wall outlet).
9 Raise and lower seat section as well as the whole table to make sure cable
can move freely. Adjust cable length if needed.
10 Install the removed accessories.
11 Perform test according to preventive maintenance instruction.
