Lubricants

Lubricants

CAUTION

Risk of damage to property
Trucks for cold store operation must be lubricated

with different lubricants. Refer to the operating

instructions for cold store trucks.

The following lubricants must be used:
Hydraulic system
• HLP DIN 51524/T2
• ID no. 8 036 912
Two hydraulic tanks that are different in size

are installed in accordance with the installed

lift mast.
• Trucks with a simplex mast are equipped

with a hydraulic tank with 8-l volume.

• Trucks with a telescopic mast are equipped

with a hydraulic tank with 15-l volume.

The tanks are labelled with a min-max mark-

ing. After the hydraulic oil has been topped up

or changed, the oil level must be between the

min and max marking.
Gearbox
• Oil quality must conform to at least API GL5.
• ID no. 8 034 186
The gearbox holds 1.5 l of gearbox oil.
Grease lubrication points
• ESSO Beacon 2 multi-purpose grease
• ID no. 8 010 107
Chain lubrication
• Stabylan 2100
• ID no. 8 010 100
