22 Troubleshooting Guide
The ON/OFF/Home button on the
docking station has been pressed
twice. Homecall is active.
► Press the ON/OFF/Home button twice to switch off
Homecall or repeat command following docking.
The robotic mower is not working
and nothing is shown in the
display.
– Machine is in standby.
– Battery discharged.
► Press any button to wake up the robotic mower. The
status screen appears,
► If the robotic mower is still not working, have the
battery replaced by an authorized STIHL iMow
servicing dealer.
The robotic mower is noisy and
vibrates.
Mowing blade is damaged.
► Replace the mowing blade and remove any
obstacles from the lawn,
Mowing deck is very dirty.
► Clean the mowing deck,
Poor mulching or mowing result. Grass is too high in relation to the
cutting height.
► Adjust the cutting height,
Lawn is extremely wet.
► Set the rain sensor,
