If an indication of LED module or lamp failure appears on the display
(or at the lighthead, see
Section 5.3, Lighthead Fault Indications,
page 5-4 ), refer module replacement to a STERIS-trained service
technician.
5.4.2 Control Center Fault
Log Indications
The Harmony LED Wall Control Unit is capable of displaying fault
messages. Fault messages, for the most part, are intended for use
by trained STERIS service technicians. An operator not trained in
servicing this equipment can provide fault message information to
STERIS when communicating a service issue. A summary of faults
that can appear in the fault log is given in
Table 5-2 .
Important: Refer any problems with “yes” listed under the Service
Required column to STERIS. Also, “#” indicates a numeric value on
the display.
