Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Gegenstände (z. B.
Palettengabel bzw. Aufhängung), an denen das
Produkt befestigt werden soll, stark genug sind, um
ein Mehrfaches des Gewichts der zu hebenden oder
zu bewegenden Last zu tragen.

Passen Sie die Produkthöhe und den Gabelabstand
immer an die Größe der Last an.

Positionieren Sie die Last so, dass keine Gefahr des
Umkippens besteht.

Die Last sollte gleichmäßig auf beide Gabeln verteilt
sein, und der Schwerpunkt der Last sollte zwischen
den Gabeln liegen.
r)
Heben oder transportieren Sie keine Lasten, wenn sich
Menschen oder Tiere im Arbeitsbereich des Produkts
befinden.

Stellen Sie sich nicht unter angehobene Gabeln und
halten Sie weder Hände noch Füße darunter.

Das Produkt muss regelmäßig überprüft werden und
beschädigte oder verschlissene Teile müssen von
einer autorisierten Servicestelle ausgetauscht werden.

Verboten ist das Durchgehen und der Aufenthalt
unter der angehängten Last (und in seiner Nähe).

Beim Herunterfallen der Last entsteht Todes- oder
Verletzungsrisiko.

Heben Sie die Last so tief wie möglich an und
überprüfen Sie sie immer auf Hindernisse oder
Fehlfunktionen, bevor Sie mit der Arbeit fortfahren.

Lassen Sie die Last nicht lange hängen.
y)
Die Last immer beobachten.
z)
Verboten ist, die Last ohne Aufsicht zu hinterlassen.
aa) Man sollte das Schwenken der Ladung vermeiden.
bb) Verboten ist die Durchführung mechanischer oder
ähnlicher Arbeiten (Schweißen, Schneiden etc.) an der
angehängten Last.
cc) Nach dem Abschluss des Betriebs ist die Maschine
gegen unbefugte Benutzung abzusichern.

SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a)
Make sure the workplace is clean and well lit. A messy
or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents. Try
to think ahead, observe what is going on and use
common sense when working with the device.

If you are unsure about whether the product is
operating correctly or if you find damage, please
contact the manufacturer’s service centre.
c)
Only the manufacturer’s service centre may make
repairs to the product. Do not attempt to make repairs
yourself!
d)
Please keep this manual available for future reference.
If this device is passed on to a third party, the manual
must be passed on with it.
e)
Keep packaging elements and small assembly parts in
a place not available to children.
f)
Keep the device away from children and animals.
g)
If this device is used together with another equipment,
the remaining instructions for use shall also be
followed.

Do not overestimate your abilities. When using the
device, keep your balance and remain stable at all
times. This will ensure better control over the device
in unexpected situations.

The device is not a toy. Children must be supervised to
ensure that they do not play with the device.
SAFE DEVICE USE
a)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
b)
Keep the device in perfect technical condition. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of the
device. If damage is discovered, hand over the device
for repair before use.
c)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out by
qualified persons, only using original spare parts. This
will ensure safe use.
d)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory-fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
e)
When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, observe the
occupational health and safety principles for manual
transport operations which apply in the country where
the device will be used.
f)
Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
g)
It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
h)
Do not exceed the maximum load of the product.
i)
Do not use the product to lift or transport people or
animals.
j)
Do not use the product if it is damaged or not working
properly.
k)
Do not lift or transport loads over people or animals
and make sure that all bystanders stay away from the
load being lifted or transported.
l)
Do not place a load on the tips of the forks.
m) Do not lift loads that are out of balance.
n)
Make sure that any items (e.g. crane or sling) to which
the product will be attached are strong enough to
support several times the weight of the load to be
lifted or moved.
o)
Always adjust the product height and fork spacing to
the size of the load.
p)
The load must be positioned so that there is no risk of
it tipping over.
q)
The load should be evenly distributed on both forks
and the center of gravity of the load should be
between the forks.
r)
Do not lift or transport loads while people or animals
are in the working area of the product.
