The display does not light up
The mains plug is not correctly
connected to the power socket or the
extension cable.
Disconnect the mains plug from the
power socket or the extension cable
and reconnect it properly.
The RCD adapter has been triggered
(the LED is not lit).
Press the Reset button. If the LED is
not illuminated continuously, contact
an authorised electrician.
The power socket or extension cord
has no voltage.
Contact an authorised electrician.
The heat pump does not start up.
The heat exchanger is not yet up to
operating temperature.
Wait for 90 seconds after switching
on.
The current water temperature is
higher or equal to the set water
temperature.
Set a higher temperature or wait until
the current water temperature falls
below the set water temperature.
The water in the swimming pool does
not reach the desired temperature
despite the fact that the heat pump is
running.
The operating duration of the heat
pump was too low to reach the set
water temperature.
Wait for 24-48 hours.
Ice has formed on the finned heat
exchanger.
The ambient temperature is too low
or the air humidity is too high.
Activate the manual defrosting
feature (see the chapter on
“Operation”).
The gas pressure in the refrigerant
circuit is too low (see the chapter on
“Points to check”).
Contact an authorised specialist.
Liquid is leaking.
Collection of condensation water
Check the drain connection and the
drain line for clogging.
The water connections are not tight.
Check the seal and firmly tighten the
union nuts.
The water circuit is leaking (see the
chapter on “Points to check”)
Contact an authorised specialist.
The refrigerant circuit is leaking (see
the chapter on “Points to check”)
Contact an authorised specialist.
Display: Error message P1
The temperature sensor at the inlet is
defective or is not sending a signal.

exchanger is defective or is not
sending a signal.

sensor is defective.
Check the delivery volume of the
pump or contact an authorised

The pressure in the refrigerant circuit
is too low.
Contact an authorised specialist.
