PREPARING THE WALL STRUCTURE FRAME
1.
Determine the number and location of skin mounting brackets based
on the sides/frames that are being installed. Measure mounting bracket
locations based on the corresponding side A skin features.
TIP: Use side A as a template to mark bracket locations with a
permanent marker.
2.
Install mounting brackets on the wall structural frame using the shoulder
bolt (provided) with T-30 drive. Non-locking brackets (brackets without lock
wires) mount along the ceiling and floor. Locking brackets (brackets with
lock wires) install on all verticals and intermediate horizontals.
NOTE: All panels get two brackets with spacer clips at the lower
corners in order to maintain the correct (6mm) gap below each frame.
NOTE: If the shoulder bolt comes into contact with adjacent trim
or brackets, the bolt may be omitted.
NOTE: If screws from adjacent structure contact the mounting
bracket and cannot be moved, the bracket may be omitted.
