DATE MAINTENANCE CHECKS
Monthly Use dry compressed air to clear the inside of arc welding machine. Pay
examination particular attention to clear any dust on radiator, main voltage transformer,
inductance, IGBT module, the fast recover diode and PCB, etc.
Check the arc welding machine bolt. If loose, tighten. Replace if worn. Scrape
off any rust to ensure it works efficiently.
Quarterly Check the actual current accords with the displaying value. If not, they should
examination be reconfigured. The actual current value can be measured by the adjusted
plier-type ampere meter.
Annual Measure the insulating impedance among the main circuit, PCB and case.

5.2 Troubleshooting
• Before arc welding machines are dispatched from the factory, they have already been
carefully checked. Do not allow anyone unauthorised to make any alterations to the
equipment.
• Maintenance work must be carefully undertaken. If any wire becomes loose or
misplaced, it may be a potential danger to the user.
• Only authorised professional maintenance personnel should overhaul the machine.
• Ensure the arc welding machine’s power is switched off before the mains power to
the machine is switched on.
• If any problems persist contact an authorised professional or your supplier.
