Check every 6 months that screws are tightened back to their torque specifications.
Gently tighten any screws that may have become loose.
Maintain that the hardware is clean and free of dust.
All parts should be checked on a regular basis and repaired, if necessary, by a service
technician.
Discontinue use after identifying bent or broken parts and contact your provider.
Do not operate with loose parts. If you need assistance, contact your provider.
Repeat the steps in section 11.4 ‘Flip-Down Mount’ to ensure that the Socket Cap
Cup Point Set Screw (A3) is still tight but not overtightened. To do this, tighten until
it bottoms out, then turn an additional quarter turn. Ensure the sleeve still engages
properly and makes an audible “click” when back in the vertical position. If it doesn’t
engage, check for contamination.
Cleaning

Wash away surface dirt and grime with a mild dish detergent and rinse away.
Moisten a soft cloth with water to rub away any remaining dirt.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Disinfecting

Use a damp cloth with any disinfectant detergent and lightly rub hardware
surface.
Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
