Flip-Down Mount 11.4
Step 1: Check that the #10- 32 x 1/8” Socket Cap Cup Point Set Screw (A3) on the rod is ght but do not
overghten. Tighten the screw unl it booms out, plus an addional quarter turn. Ensure that
the sleeve can sll disengage and engage with an audible click. Check the Flip-Down Mount
instrucons for how to do this.
Step 2: Sliding the flip-down sleeve forward will allow it to disengage from the rod.
Step 2: This will cause it to swing down and out of the way.
Step 3:
Bringing the swing-away ear assembly back to a vercal posion will cause it to engage and
make an audible “click”.

SAFE TY
Move hands, wires, tubing, etc. from the flip-down sleeve area when bringing it back to
vertical rotate. The sleeve could pinch when moving and could cause injury or damage.
