– Tilt the machine toward the rear, so that small

workpiece fragments can fall out of the opening intended

for this purpose.

If required, use a suitable tool to remove all workpiece

fragments.

Prevent dust accumulation at the workplace.

Dusts can easily ignite.

Position of the Operator

Do not stand in a line with the cutting disc 6 in front of

the machine. Always stand aside of the cutting disc .

This measure provides for better protection of your body

against possible splinters in case of cutting disc breakage.

Switching On and Off

To  start  the  machine,  firstly  press  the  lockoff  button  1.

Then press the On/Off switch 2 and keep it pressed.

For safety reasons, the On/Off switch 2 cannot

be locked; it must remain pressed during the

entire operation.

To switch off the machine, release the On/Off switch 5.

Tool change

Before any work on the machine itself, pull the

mains plug.

Removing the cutting disc

- Rotate the disc protection backwards as far as it will go.

- Loosen the hexagonal screw that holds the disc to

the left with the hexagonal wrench provided 1 and

simultaneously press the spindle lock 2 until it locks.

- Remove the screw and washer and replace the disc.

- Mount the washer and tighten the screw clockwise.

Operation adjustment.

Before any work on the machine itself, pull the

mains plug.

Transport

Head  gripper  pin  adjustment. Act  on  the  stop  screw  3,

until the pin 8 enters smoothly when the head is lowered

to lift or transport the machine.

Adjusting the Cutting Angle

The miter angle can be set in a range from -15° to +45°.

Frequently used mitre angles are identified on the angle

stop 7 with appropriate markings. The -15° and 45°

position are set at the respective end stop.

- Act on the stop screw of corner 4 with angle wrench 1.

Support stop shift

The stop angle can be moved back to cut larger pieces.

To do this, mount the stop on the previous screws 4.

Workpiece clamping

For maximum safety at work, the workpiece must always

be held firmly.

Do not cut parts so small that they cannot be attached

properly.

General instructions for use

Cutting Operation

- Adjust the desired angle.
- Keep the workpiece considering its size.
- Activate the engine start button 5 by first pressing the

safety button 6.

- Wait until the disc reaches the maximum spin speed

(about 4 seconds)

- Slowly guide the tool arm downwards with the handle.

- Divide the piece with a uniform feed.
- Release the engine start button 5 and wait until the

cutting disc has completely stopped.

- Slowly guide the instrument arm upwards.

After working with the splitting disk, before touching

it, wait until it has cooled down. The cutting disc can

become very hot while working.

Make sure the rear spark arrester is mounted

correctly. Sparks are projected during metal cutting.

Protect the cutting blade from impact, impact and grease.

Do not apply lateral pressure against the cutting disc.

Do not overload the power tool in such a way that it

stops.
