Hinweis:
Antes de cravar, garantir que o iso-
lamento do cabo termina na manga

no orifício de inspeção da manga de
cravação�
Após a cravação, a folga entre a
manga de cravação e o isolamento
do cabo tem de ser inferior a 1 mm
sem deformação do cabo�
Note:
Before crimping, ensure that the
wire insulation terminates at the
crimping sleeve� Attached conduc-
tors must be visible in the sight hole
of the crimping sleeve both before
and after crimping� After crimping,
the gap between crimping sleeve
and wire insulation must be less than
1 mm with no buckling of the wire�

A partir da traseira, pressionar os con-
tactos com cabos ligados nos orifícios
dos contactos até que o clipe encaixe�

From the back side, press contacts
with attached leads into the contact
inserts until the clip snaps into place�
A manga termorretrátil (33�5666) é
colocada sobre o cabo e parte do
isolamento e depois retraída�
Aquecer a manga termorretrátil com
o auxílio de uma pistola de ar quente
até que a cola no interior da manga
termorretrátil fique fluida e saia ligeira-
mente da manga�
The shrink sleeve (33�5666) is placed
over the cable and part of the insula-
tion and shrunk (see ill� 14, page 8)�
Warm up the the crimping sleeve with
a hot air gun until the glue inside the
crimping sleeve liquefies and a small
amount of glue leaks from the shrink-
ing sleeve�
