Single measuring way: measurement at one point.

Double measuring way: measure with probe at one point twice. During
the two measurements, the probe’s crosstalk interlayer plate should be
placed in perpendicular direction, and take the min. readout as the
accurate thickness of the material.

Multi-point measuring way: make several measurements in a range, and
take the min. readout as the thickness of the material.
