Seat Width Adjustment

1) When adjusting the seat width, both the inner nylon material and the nylon seat will be loosened. (p.25,
p.28)
2) After loosening the bolt, remove the screw and nut allowing the frame to move freely left and right.
3) Align the fixed hole and adjustable hole on both the left and right sides, then use a nut and bolt to firmly
attach them together. *Ensure that you use the same adjustable hole frame position on both sides.
4) Tighten the bolts.
5) Adjust the tension of the inner nylon material and nylon seat. (p.25, p.28)
6) The spacing between the wheel and the frame on both the right and left side should be the same. (p.30)
ATTENTION
Ensure that the frame doesn
’t press down or pinch the user’s body for risk of causing seat
sores.
When loosening the nylon of the seat, adjust all the straps. *Physical contact with the frame
over an extended period of time could possibly cause sores to develop. *After width adjustment,
you should ensure that the inner side of the seat does not come into contact with the frame
when riding the wheelchair.
Bolt torque: 25N m(2.5kgf m)
