Keep the hydraulic oil flow sufficient while turning the brush over the
dead centre point. If the flow is too low, the turning device may get
stuck in the longitudinal position (Figure 5). If the device freezes in this
position, lower the brush to the ground and turn the device with the aid
of the machine in such a way that the cylinder leaves the dead centre
position. Raising the cylinder pressure does not affect the brush rotation.

Disconnecting the device from the base machine
When you disconnect the turning device/bucket brush combination,
always turn the bucket brush first into its normal brushing position, i.e.
transversely to the direction of travel. Then lower the device to the
ground on a flat surface and remove the device. Be sure to disconnect
the turning device hydraulic hoses.
When detaching the device, pay attention to the base machine/fixing
bolt instructions. Comply with the safety instructions.
6.
Maintenance instructions
Note! Before servicing or adjusting the machine, turn off the tractor and
engage the brake. Do not ever go underneath a device that is hoisted
above ground. Always lower the device to the ground before inspection
and maintenance procedures.
Pay attention to the safety instructions when maintaining the device!
