4. Lamppuharjan käyttäminen
Kytkentä peruskoneeseen:

Kytke aura nostolaitteeseen. Varmista
että kaikki lukituksen tulevat kiinni.
2.
Kiinnitä hydrauliikan meno ja
paluuliitin. Katso ettei liittimien väliin
jää likaa.
3.
Kiinnitä sähköventtiilin johdot
peruskoneeseen.
4 Operating the runway lightbar sweeper
Attaching to the base machine:
1.
Attach the runway lightbar sweeper to the
lifting mechanism. Check that all locks
have engaged.
2.
Connect the hydraulic inlet and return
connectors. Make sure the connections
stay clean.
3.
Connect the electronic valve's wires to the
base machine.
5. Huolto-ohjeet
Päivittäin:

Tarkista rakenteiden yleinen kunto. Katso
ettei hydrauliikassa ole vuotoja. Tee
korjaukset ennen auralla työskentelyä jos
huomaat puutteita tai vikoja.

Tarkista lamellien kuluneisuus. Säädä
tarvittaessa lamelleja lähemmäksi
toisiaan. Jos säätövara on käytetty, vaihda
lamellit uusiin.

Tarkista auran terien kuluneisuus. Säädä
teriä tarvittaessa alemmaksi, tai vaihda
terät uusiin. Älä päästä teriä ikinä
kulumaan niin loppuun, että siiven runko
alkaa hangata maata.
100 tunnin välein:

Rasvaa rasvanipat (kuva 2).
5 Maintenance instructions
Daily:
-
Check the general condition of the structure.
Check for any leaks in the hydraulic system. If
you find damage or defects, repair them
before operating the plough.

Check the wear on the bristles. Turn the
brushes in, if necessary. If the brushes are
fully in already, replace the bristles.

Check the wear on the cutting edges of the
blades. Bring the blades lower, if necessary,
or replace the cutting edges. Never let the
cutting edges wear out so much that the
blade body drags on the ground.
Every 100 operating hours:
Grease the grease nipples (Figure 2).
