Lamellin vaihto-ohje:
Keltaiset alalamellit irtoavat molemmilta
moottoreilta alaspäin. Moottoria ei tarvitse
irrottaa lamellinvaihdon ajaksi.
1.
Avaa etusiivet täysin auki.
2.
Nosta auraa hieman ylöspäin, että
lamellit mahtuvat putoamaan alaspäin.
Huom. Tue laite tukevasti siivistä
sivuilta ja takaa siten, että
lamppuharja- aura ei pääse putoamaan
lamellinvaihdon aikana alas.
3.
Irrota lamellien alla oleva laippa (kiinni
4 pultilla). Laippa ja alalamellit irtoavat
nyt alaspäin.
4.
Aseta uudet lamellit paikalleen ja
kiinnitä laippa takaisin 4 pultilla. Käytä
lukitusliimaa.
Jos haluat vaihtaa myös punaiset lamellit
(lamelliputken) irroita myös keltaisten
lamellien alla oleva laippa (kiinni 4pultilla).
Harjatela ja lamelliputki irtoavat pultin
irrotuksen jälkeen pakettina alaspäin.
Replacing bristles:
The yellow bottom bristles are removed by pulling
them down and away from the motor. The motor
does not need to be removed to replace the bristles.
1.
Fully open the front blades.
2.
Lift the plough up a little to allow the bristles to
drop down. Note: add sturdy supports to the
sides and rear of the blades so that the runway
lightbar sweeper cannot fall while the bristles
are being replaced.
3.
Remove the four bolts from the flange under
the bristles. The flange and bottom bristles can
now be pulled down and out.
4.
Seat the new bristle segments and fasten the
flange with the four bolts. Use a thread locking
compound.
If you would also like to replace the red bristles
(bristle pipe), remove the flange behind the yellow
bristle segments (four bolts). Once the flange is off,
the brush roller and bristle tube will drop down
together.
6. Laitteen säilyttäminen
Kun poistat laitteen käytöstä, pese laite ja
rasvaa kaikki rasvauskohteet. Tarkista myös
kaikki rakenteet ja tee tarvittavat
korjaukset. Laitetta olisi hyvä säilyttää
kuivassa paikassa.
6 Storing the implement
Before storage, wash the implement and grease all
nipples. Also check the whole structure and repair it
as necessary. The implement should be stored in a
dry place.
7. Lisävarusteet / Varaosat
Käytä lamppuharja-aurassa vain alkuperäisiä
varaosia. Varaosa-asioissa ota yhteyttä
jälleenmyyjään.
7 Accessories and spare parts
Only use original spare parts in the runway lightbar
sweeper. Contact your dealership for spare parts.
