Configure active management technology parameters

Intel AMT
Enable/Disable Intel (R) Active Management Technology BIOS Extension.
Note: iAMT H/W is always enabled. This option just controls the BIOS extension execution. If enabled, this
requires additional firmware in the SPI device.
