When the groove in the cutting stick gets too deep, the last few sheets in the stack may not be cut, or
may not separate completely. Rotate the cutting stick or replace the stick.
Removing the Cutting Stick
Turn off the key switch.
Lower the cutting stick removing
lever.
The right end of the cutting stick will be lifted.
Insert the cutting stick replacement
tool under the lifted cutting stick.
Move the cutting stick replacement
tool to the left to remove the cutting
stick from the groove.
- Pull the cutting stick replacement tool forward to
pull the cutting stick out of the machine, and
away from the knife.
- Remove any trim or dust in the groove.

above the stick.
- Do not place your hands or
