INSTALLATION
Stagnoli’ s traffic lights in extruded and hot painted black aluminium. Inside there are two cards
with 25 LEDs (divided by a separator);
The traffic light has got two brackets to fix the traffic light to the wall and can also be oriented with
an angle of about 200° and clicks of 3°.
The installation envisages the following steps:
1. Connect the traffic light to a control board with make sure that there are adequate
electrical protection against shortcuts and earthing.
2. Unscrew the lower cover of the traffic light, bore it to insert the stop cable connector and
connect the cables with the power supply as showed on page 5. It is advised to use cables
with a 1,5 mm diameter and a max. length of 20 m.
3. Fix the traffic light with the brackets, screws and tapping screws.
ATTENTION: make sure that the screws of the visor are well screwed in to guarantee the
perfect isolation of the gaskets.

ASF25L2RR: Traffic light with two lights (red-red)
abide to the CEI EN 60529 regulation thanks to their manufacture and assembling with devices that
help insulating the product from outer environmental agents (PVC and OR gaskets) for all those
parts that can allow the seepage of solid bodies (dust) and liquids; Stagnoli’s traffic lights have an
IP X5 protection degree for the seepage of dust and an IP 6X protection degree for the seepage of
liquids. The IP 65 protection degree tests have been carried out by the laboratories of the company
INTEK S.p.a.
The test results part number 01-0504 are filed in Stagnoli’s Technical Dept.

Main technical features:

Power supply: 230V – 50 Hz; 5 VA
•
1 output for auxiliary tension (for photocells, magnetic turns, etc.): 24Vac, 130mA max.
•
2 N.O. or N.C. inputs for setting control devices (photocells etc.)
•
Four 230V, max 2A relais outputs with clean switching contact.
•
Double functioning logic: with timer, with photocells (or other detection devices).
