RS485 interface connection

The RS485 interface is available on-board to connect the sensor encoder supporting digital protocols (EnDat,
BiSS and SSi) or connect the board to the host unit. The physical layer is based on

.

ICs in SO8 package manage the communication; in particular, U17 is used for data, U19 is used

for clock (in case of digital encoder). To connect the sensor encoder to the board, use U18 connector.
